Download the eXgora food app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Sign up using your mobile number.

The delivery fee is added to the order and charged to the customer. This fee is what the delivery agent gets as income. The delivery fee includes the pickup or base fee, kilometers, and per-minute fees. The longer the distance to travel, the more you pay.
Delivery fees are the delivery agent's earnings. Besides making a living on this money, drivers have numerous costs, such as vehicle repairs, fuel, and more.
The service fee is charged to the vendor and depends on the order value. The commission fee is variable depending on the country. We use this fee to cover our operational costs, such as technology development, marketing, and payment processing.

You must upload the following documents:

  • Your driver's license
  • Government ID document (for those using a bicycle)
  • A picture showing the number plate of your motorbike or car
  • Your work permit or permission to work in your country (applies to foreign nationals only)

Once your account is approved, you need to upload your selfie showing your face and shoulders only.

How to Signup:

  • Open the App and click on signup.
  • Fill out the signup form.
  • Upload your KYC details.
  • Update vehicle details.
  • Submit and wait for approval.
We do not charge delivery fees if you decide to pick up your order directly from the restaurant. When you make an order, select the "Take Away" option.
No experience is needed. However, we expect you to have an Android or iOS device or smartphone.
To put it straight, yes. You are required to meet your tax obligation in your country.
All delivery agents are paid weekly. Your earnings will be paid directly to the bank details, wallet, or card we have on your file. Please ensure these details are up-to-date at all times so you don’t miss a payment.
